When you sign up to any of Growth Yard’s services, you agree to the following terms of service:
- By signing up, you agree to provide access to the relevant accounts.
- When you sign up, you commit to the minimum term as outlined in your proposal or contract. After the minimum term, you you will be billed automatically on a rolling subscription. Notice is required to pause/cancel, as per your proposal or contract, unless agreed otherwise.
- Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.
- Factors outside of our control can inhibit our ability to generate you leads, such as the client not having a strong enough lead magnet, the client choosing to go against our expert advice, or your business not having a strong enough USP. We therefore cannot guarantee a minimum number of leads or results. Any numbers shown on our website are an average across our 2,500+ clients.
- For telemarketing campaigns, we buy a domain similar to your current domain, and set up a new email address for your telemarketer. We then use that email to email prospects in your market, and forward responses to your main email address. When you sign up, you give us permission to buy a domain similar to your company domain, and send emails on behalf of you for the duration of the campaign. Growth Yard owns the domain, however, if a campaign is cancelled, we discontinue use of the domain and it will circulate back onto the market once the licence renews.
- We build your lists upfront for the coming month. For this reason, you can only set/change your targeting once per month. If you need to change your targeting sooner than that, we charge a £100 fee to do so.
- All of our data storage practices are in line with GDPR. Your data will be held for a maximum of 14 days after your campaign finishes.
When you sign up to Growth Yard’s LinkedIn Ads service, you agree to the following terms of service:
- By signing up, you agree to provide access to your LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Once you have signed up, you will be billed automatically every 30 days. 7 days notice is required to pause/cancel, unless agreed otherwise. The minimum campaign term is 4 weeks.
- If you choose to pause your campaign, there will be a £10 per week charge to keep your account open. This allows us restart your campaign from where you left off and to keep your email accounts active, so leads can still respond to you.
- Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.
- Factors outside of our control can inhibit our ability to generate you leads, such as your ads being rejected by LinkedIn. In circumstances like this that are out of our control, refunds will not be given. Any numbers shown on our website are an average across our 2,000+ clients.
- Once you have set your targeting and/or strategy and have approved your ads, we cannot make changes until the end of that month, unless they are recommended by one of our team.
- All of our data storage practices are in line with GDPR
